Internal Lubricant
Oxidized polyethylene wax is a high melting point lubricant, and the complex oxidation process makes OPE have hydroxyl and carboxyl groups, making it compatible with PVC. Unoxidized parts of polyethylene migrate to the surface to provide metal stripping because of weak polarity.
